Can I save my cart? If you create a log in account, items you place in the cart will be there when you return to our site and log in; even if you are using a different devise.
How long will items stay in my cart? Items stay in the cart until you clear your browser cookies or remove them from the cart. However, items are not removed from our inventory until the order is complete. If you place items in your cart, but to not complete your order, those items may be sold to another customer that completes checkout.
Why do the contents of my cart keep disappearing? You must allow or have cookies enabled to use the shopping cart on any website. Deleting cookies and/or enabling cookies will solve most functional issues. It is also a good idea to delete all of your browsing history if you have not done so recently.
Will I be charged sales tax? Oregon does not have a sales tax, so we do not charge sales tax to anyone. A resale certificate is not required since we do not charge sales tax.
Is there a minimum purchase? We do not have a minimum purchase requirement. However, there is a 10% discount off orders of 12 or more items.
Can I open an account? All orders must be prepaid by credit card, Paypal, Amazon Pay, business check or money order. We do not accept PO's as a form of payment, offer any accounts on terms or ship COD.
Do you only sell to other businesses? We sell to individuals, businesses, schools, universities, and government agencies.
How can I see the shipping rates before checkout? Add the item(s) to the cart. Click "View Cart" and then the "Calculate Shipping" right above the big black checkout bar.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are shipped the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and how far you are located from us. Within the 48 contiguous states, delivery for economy flat rate or UPS Ground is generally 5 - 7 business days. Priority mail averages 2 - 3 business days.
Why can't I find the item I ordered last time? The item may be out of stock, discontinued or moved to a new location. Please call us (541) 926-1003 or send an email to sales@widgetsupply.com with the item sku number and description so we can try to locate the item for you or offer a similar item.
California Cancer Warning California Proposition 65 requires a label "WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." on everything where the manufacturer or purveyor cannot prove their items do not cause any harm. The list of hazards has over 850 items on it. In California, Disneyland, most restaurants, hospitals, etc, all display this warning. This warning has been commonly applied for years and is on products all over the US that enter the country through California.
We encourage you to find information about this and make your own decision about using any item if you are concerned about the label. This does not affect the proper use of hobby tools (ventilation, safety equipment, etc).
