First Class Mail:

  • Rates starting from $3.49 
  • Average delivery time is 5 - 7 business days depending on delivery location

Priority Mail:

  • Rates are calculated from the USPS web site using the estimated shipping weight and delivery location
  • Average delivery time for Priority mail is 2 - 3 business days, but not guaranteed

 Domestic Mail Details & Restrictions:

  • USPS packages are shipped with delivery confirmation; except APO/FPO addresses
  • Delivery Confirmation is proof of delivery
  • A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed
  • Delivery times are estimated using statements from the USPS
  • Applied rates are for the original shipment only
  • Subsequent shipments for an order will be by the least expensive method
  • Shipping and Handling are not refundable
  • Claims of undelivered packages or missing items must be made within 30 days of shipment

 United Parcel Service UPS

UPS Ground:

  • Average delivery time is 5 - 7 business days from date of shipment
  • Tracking number and expected delivery date are included in the shipping confirmation

Expedited UPS: 

  • Most expedited UPS orders received by 1pm PST ship the same day 
  • Shipment to cardholder billing address only
  • Monday through Friday delivery only; excluding holidays
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery by end of the 3rd business day after shipment, where available
  • UPS 2 Day Air - Delivery by end of the 2nd business day after shipment, where available
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivery by end of the next business day after shipment, where available
  • UPS Next Day Air - Delivery by noon of the next business day after shipment, where available

   UPS Details & Restrictions:  

  • Rates are calculated through the UPS server using the estimated shipping weight and delivery location
  • UPS guarantees delivery within the stated time, excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen events such as severe weather
  • Shipping address must be complete and correct to avoid delivery delays
  • Customer is liable for any address correction fees due to missing address information (suite number, building number, company name, etc)
  • Any claims of late delivery or missing items must be made within 7 business days after the guaranteed delivery deadline
  • Only available to the contiguous 48 states
  • Insured and tracked
  • Tracking information is emailed upon shipment for orders with a valid email address
  • Delivery times are given by UPS and financial liablility of any delivery guarantees lies with UPS

  • Shipments to: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Saint Kitts, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom
  • Other countries are considered on a case by case basis
  • No Shipments to: Africa, Argentina, Chile, Estonia, Fiji, Kuwait, South Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Panama, Turkey, or Venezuela

International Details and Restrictions:

Payments:  

  • Due to higher risks, international orders cannot be more than $100, before S&H for first orders
  • Payment in US dollars by credit card or Paypal only
  • Shipped to the credit card or Paypal account holders address only

 Shipping:  

  • International orders are shipped two or three times per week
  • Actual purchase price is listed on the customs form
  • Merchandise will not illegally be marked as a gift
  • The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc.
  • Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed
  • Estimations of delivery times are based solely on statements from the USPS
  • Shipping and Handling are not refundable
  • Due to the higher costs of international shipping, there is no warranty, guarantee or replacement for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items
  • Items are visually checked, packaged carefully and contents are double checked before shipping
  • Return shipping will not be paid by us for any reason
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipment after they are placed
  • We reserve the right to limit sales quantities in cases of errors
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason

 Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled before they are shipped will incur a $1.99 cancellation fee 
  • Fee is applied to orders canceled per customer request or canceled by us if we are not able to obtain a valid address or payment information
  • This fee is to cover the cost of payment processing, restocking items and reversing the transaction

  Returns 

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the item(s) you prefer. Return the unwanted item(s) per our return policy.
  • We do not issue RMA numbers
  • Include your order number and note a reason for the return 
  • International customers are responsible for any duty or border charges due on returns

  Holiday Returns:

  • Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st
  • All other non-defective or defective return policies apply

 Non-Defective Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 calendar days of customer delivery
  • Unused Items and unopened manufacturer packaging if applicable
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable
  • Partial return of items with quantity discounts - The order is recalculated and may result in lower or lost quantity discount
  • Free or Flat Rate Shipping - The order is recalculated and the actual shipping cost of the original shipment is deducted from the refund
  • Unless specifically authorized by us, we will not pay return shipping
  • Return packages should be insured by the carrier
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced by us
  • Refused, unopened, or returned by the carrier for any reason - refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs
  • Closeout Items are sold "as is" and returns are not allowed

 Defective Returns:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of receiving item
  • Keep damaged shipping box or envelope 
  • We may ask for photos of damaged items or shipping package
  • Return shipping is not paid or refunded without prior authorization
  • Defective items must be returned within 30 calendar days of customer delivery
  • Defective items may be returned for exchange only
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable
  • Return packages should be insured by the carrier
  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced by us
  • Anything not listed as part of the item cannot be considered defective (packaging, pouches, etc)
  • Items with a manufacturers warranty must be warrantied through the manufacturer
  • Special orders may only be returned for functional defects and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt
  • Closeout Items are sold "as is" and returns are not allowed

Manufacturer Warranty:
