Shipping Details:
- Orders ship Monday to Friday until noon PST; except holidays
- Most orders are shipped the same or next business day
- We will notify you by email of any delays such as inventory or address issues
- US Mail delivery times are estimates & not guaranteed, delivery confirmation included
- UPS delivery times exclude weekends and holidays
- UPS includes insurance up to $100 & tracking
- UPS Expedited shipments to cardholder billing address only
- UPS Expedited shipments must be received by 9am PST to ship the same day
- Late delivery claims are the liability of, and at the discretion of UPS
- Shipping rates are for the original shipment only
- Subsequent shipments for an order will be by the least expensive method
- Shipping is not refundable
